What is a marketing audit?

A marketing audit is a structured review of how a business wins customers. My Growth Audit checks your ad accounts, analytics and tracking, the funnel from click to customer, and the CRM, then ranks what to fix. It takes two to three weeks and ends in a 90-day roadmap your team, agency or Croes Ave can execute.

Merrick Lee Jr. is a strategic growth advisor based in New York City, and the founder of Croes Ave, a digital marketing agency he started in 2014. He works with established, owner-led and PE-backed service brands across New York City and the US.

FAQ

Growth Audit questions

What is included in a marketing audit?

My growth marketing audit covers Google Ads and Meta accounts, GA4 and conversion tracking, landing pages and forms, lead follow-up, the CRM and email automation. You get written findings, a ranked list of fixes, a 90-day roadmap and a walkthrough call with your team.

How long does a marketing audit take?

Two to three weeks from the day I have access to your accounts. Week one is access and intake, the review runs through week three, and it ends with the roadmap walkthrough.

How much does a marketing audit cost?

My growth marketing audit starts at $3.5k as a fixed fee agreed upfront. The final price depends on how many channels and locations are in scope. The full fee is credited if you start an Advisory Retainer within 30 days.

Do you fix things during the audit?

No. The audit is diagnosis and a plan. Fixes happen afterward, by your team, your agency or Croes Ave.

What if I already have a marketing agency?

That's common. The audit gives you an independent view and a plan you can hold your agency to.

Do you work with tree care or lawn care companies?

No. Because of my exclusive partnership with Almstead, I don't take on tree care, lawn care or landscaping clients. If that's your industry, Almstead is in great hands.
